Sleep Temple's Shipping Policies
Below you will find specific information related to the shipping of our products to you. If a question is not answered below, please feel free to contact us at any time and we will assist you with your queries.
All orders received prior to 1pm (AEST) on business days are shipped the same day. Orders are shipped from our Perth warehouse.
Rob and our warehouse team take a much deserved break on weekends and public holidays, so orders placed on these days will be shipped the following business day.
What if I’m not home for delivery?
Australia Post will attempt delivery at your address listed on the order you placed, often time if you are not home, they will leave your delivery in a safe place if one is available (this is determined by the delivery driver). Should they be unsuccessful, your item will generally be sent to the nearest collection centre (usually your local post office) for you to collect at a convenient time.
They will generally hold these items for up to 10 days. Sleep Temple are not responsible for any unsuccessful delivery attempts and by ordering from our site, you accept that should Australia Post be unsuccessful in attempting delivery, you will be responsible for arranging collection as per their “Missed Delivery” terms.
Should you not pick your item up and if the item is returned to us by Australia Post, you will be notified to make arrangements for re-delivery to you at your cost.
How much does shipping cost?
Sleep Temple offers free shipping on all Australian orders (no minimum spend required, because we're cool like that!). We do have express shipping options available for time sensitive orders and the costs of these services are displayed for you during the checkout process.
How can I track my order?
You will be sent an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been picked up by Australia Post (usually the night of the business day dispatch).
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any issues with the tracking information provided to you after your purchase and our customer service team will get in touch with you to assist as soon as possible. Please note: it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear.
