Returns & Exchanges

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SHEETS?

We generally allow returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange minus a 15% restocking fee. You will need to cover any return freight costs and ensure you use a tracked service as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels via post.

Note: we do not accept all change of mind purchases and these cases are at the discretion of Sleep Temple on a case by case basis. Please contact us to verify if we will accept your change of mind purchase.

For hygienic reasons, we do not (& cannot) accept returns on used or washed products for change of mind purchases.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I PURCHASED IS FAULTY OR INCORRECT?

At Sleep Temple, we take pride in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, like everything we're definitely not perfect. If for any reason you find one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will require as much information as possible of the fault / incorrect items with photos if possible (always helps!) and your order number. Once we receive your email, we will get back to you within two business days.

For any faulty or incorrect orders, Sleep Temple will cover all return postage costs and offer a full refund / exchange. Any exchange postage costs to you will also be covered by Sleep Temple.

 

CAN I PICK BETWEEN AN EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT, OR REFUND?

In majority of cases yes - we're flexible. However, each case is unique so please confirm which one you'd like and we will let you know what's possible.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE RETURNED SHEETS?

After we receive your return, we store the item(s) at our warehouse until the first of the following month where we then donate them to a local homeless shelter, pound or organisation which will make great use of our products. We of course, wash them prior to handing them over.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

We endeavour to process all refunds within 5 business days from returned goods being receipted into our warehouse - this allows us enough time to inspect the item(s), complete all paperwork and process the refund. We do however, find this process to be fairly quick. All refunds are processed to the same payment method as your order, if this is not possible for whatever reason, we will be in touch to discuss an alternative refund method.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A SLEEP TEMPLE GIFT CARD?

Any product(s) purchased with a Sleep Temple Gift card that is found to be faulty or incorrectly delivered and is returned for a refund will be refunded via a new gift card.

WHO GETS THE REFUND IF I RETURN A GIFT?

The refund on a correctly returned item that was given as a gift will be credited to the original purchaser.
