If for any reason you find one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will require as much information as possible of the fault / incorrect items with photos if possible (always helps!) and your order number. Once we receive your email, we will get back to you within two business days.
For any faulty or incorrect orders, Sleep Temple will cover all return postage costs and offer a full refund / exchange. Any exchange postage costs to you will also be covered by Sleep Temple.
